The afro-soul magician, songstress Sara Mitaru has proven us right once again that she is definitely an inspiration and a progenitor in this genre of music that is a preserve for the neo-eclectic music lovers.
Teaming up with Nigerian soul and guitar music maestro, Bez Idakula, Sara has just released this brand new sultry offering of a love tune titled ‘Keep Me From You’ which effortlessly intertwines the two powerful vocals of each artiste.
‘Even the guns of Sudan couldn’t keep me from you…’ is all you will be humming after you have a listen to the deep accoustic accompaniments which possess you and leave you with that warm fuzzy feeling.
Bez Idakula can boast of quite a number of his own stellar achievements, having been the very first African artiste to premiere a music video on BET’s 106 & Park, as he also released his album Super Sun on July 24th 2011.
On Ms. Mitaru’s part, the single teaser launch to her upcoming album My Freedom with the track Make Way was well received at the beginning of 2012. Both are amazing performers on stage and this new single will remind you why.
